I cancelled this policy , who would renew a policy when it has increased by an unacceptable amount

I called breakdown recovery last night, Customer advisor was unable to follow my breakdown cover guidance to advise me with my incident. My car should have been recovered to my home address. I was asked to log my incident on portal which wasn’t working error on the cloudflare section. Disappointed with service. Will not be renewing my policy with this company,

Very poor service, impossible to contact and website continually asks customers to re-register to access documentation. Despite telling them not to auto renew my insurance they did so. Time to involve the FCA and OFT I believe

We had, and are still having, very little support when we have made a claim - probably only the second major claim in 30 years we have been driving. It is exceedingly impossible to speak to a human, and so therefore get a common sense approach. Yoga as broker passed us on to a claims management company, who appeared to ask all the relevant details we would have expected them to. But then they forwarded me to my insurers, and I was left in their hands - that was not appropriate.! I had to repeat the whole information about the accident again. Yoga-Insure failed in their duty. We now have no courtesy car since Friday 15:00 approx. THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE AND CERTAINLY INCONVENIENT. End AFH

Rubbish company. Automatically rolled me onto a monthly insurance despite me selecting the no automatic renewal option. Couldn’t get hold of anyone to rectify this. Had to cancel my policy due to an automatic renewal after finding insurance elsewhere and paid £80 to cancel it. Avoid this company.

Thought I was adding a driver.Paid the price quoted £20.01 via PayPal.When the policy came through there was no driver added and I'm out of pocket for £20.01

It is completely impossible to contact anyone. I tried to cancel when I was notified car insurance was due for renewal. I’d found a much better option. When cancelling via the portal it kept me going round in an endless loop looking for a cancellation re quote!? So left it to expire. I was then sent an email me to say my policy has been renewed, even though it wasn’t on automatic renewal! Sorry not good enough. Should at the very least have an email option.

Every time I make a claim it takes months, you have to do it yourself. Everything online, pretty low budgets, premium last £680, this year with no claims £1800 ,sure needs to keep your business. If you don't comply, you're on hold till you do, broker did fine, insurance very disappointing 😑. Jim

Absolutely disgusting service. Renew your policy automatically, even thou chosen not to do so, and then charge you £49 for cancellations. There is no customer service, it’s all automated, therefore you can’t speak to anyone at all. Absolute rip off, especially these days when times are hard! Never again!

I’ve tried to cancel my renewal, even wrote to the complaints dept at head office, I was unable to log into my account as they had changed log in details and I couldn’t do it. I’m 75yrs old not brilliant with computers,and there is no telephone for them. Now I get an email saying they’ve renewed my policy, no reply. Emailmccann.

I did not want to renew my car insurance. I tried to cancel it online but because Yoga had “upgraded “ me to a gold member without my request or permission you can’t stop the renewal online. I am trying to cancel my insurance but getting nowhere. Not impressed, terrible customer services

A renewal notice was NOT received for recent car insurance, so the chance to cancel a renewal was not give. Then a text was received to say thank you for first payment. Car insurance cover had been arranged with another company, and now struggling to cancel your insurance and receive refund
