“I needed to update my policy so I logged on to my account but when I made the changes it told me it couldnt make the changes as it couldnt give me a quote. I asked the live chat who was unable to help me. There is no number to call so I was unable to enquire as to the problem. Very frustrating.”

You ignored that request and proceeded to issue me with a policy!
It appears all of your emails are NO REPLY and the only way to contact you is logging into your website and creating an account!!!
