“Easy to buy initially, but try contacing them or even getting a renewal quote due to the ridiculous website and portal system, cannot contact by phone - they do not answer messages, and totally forget about the chat bot it needs destroying even if it sends you to a human they only work a few hours so no contact. Trust me AVOID this company at your own cost.”

“I have tried at least 20+ times to log onto the portal so that I can include my son on my insurance. Each time whilst it recognises that I have registered it doesnt recognise my password. So i have requested a link, but nothing comes through. I am finding this extremely frustrating as I have other things to do with my day that spend it clicking away on a portal that doesnt work and you have no phone number to call for assistance. “Very unhappy as I did not receive a renewal letter! Then I couldn't access the online portal to check if the insurance had automatically renewed. For fear of having no car insurance, I purchased a policy with an alternative insurance provider. On the day the insurance was due to expire I received a text from Yoga. Too late to contact me now! To make matters worse then are charging me £49.99 to cancel their policy that I didn't even know I had! Impossible to make contact Yoga to seek assistance!”
“I have been trying to stop the renewal of my policy for several days and thought I had succeeded after getting help from the online chat with the virtual assistant. However the final 'button' to complete the transaction was missing from the screen! I have taken screen shots of the various stages I went through with the completed sections, dates and times. Unbelievably my policy has been renewed and I can now cancel the policy if I pay the first instalment. Obviously I have been unable to 'talk' to an actual person because the virtual assistant kept giving me the run around. There isn't even an obvious place in which to make a complaint.”
