I set up an account with Yoga yesterday. Two payments were taken for the same car insurance and I can't get this changed!!!

Trying to cancel my policy Live chat says I need to go to portal Portal don’t recognise my email Tried to register still haven’t had an email back Would like to speak to someone on the phone but impossible

From start agents haven’t a clue( ones claims ) still not resolved only been since February what a bunch of fannys you speak to would never reccomend yoga insurance it’s true what people say you only get what you pay for aviod big time or you will regret it

I signed up for your insurance , you Tooley £120..00 from me , I still have not received my documents . And now you send me a e mail saying you are going to cancel the insurance because I accidentally cancelled a Direct debit. However , there is NO contact details , all you send a ‘No reply ‘ e mails. I am not very impressed

Policy issued; registered but can't log in. And Live chat is not available - it says 10am -2pm So it's impossible to make contact Need to remove Gold Breakdown from policy I bought 2 days ago

My insurance was renewed but unfortunately at the wrong time meaning that I would be uninsured for a day. l did chat with Abigail who promised that this would be rectified Monday 17th and I would be emailed to confirm that this had happened. I have yet to receive this email.

I found your web site difficult to manage, it was not very clear in places ! Live chat was hopeless, and could do nothing to help. In future I will choose a company with a phone line.

Didn’t want automatic renewal! Cancelled it after it renewed for 1 day, and had to pay for a whole month! Don’t think I should have to pay as didn’t want the renewal

THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH. I needed to amend my policy at renewal and tried to log on without success and tried registering as instructed numerous times and it just didn’t work. With only a couple of weeks until renewal, I took out a policy elsewhere. I checked I had completed payments up to renewal then cancelled my direct debit. I then had emails from Yoga telling me my direct debit had defaulted and then that my policy was cancelled. I didn’t actually cancel it, I just didn’t renew. Then yesterday I got another email congratulating me on taking out a new policy! It also said my first payment (without any upfront payment) would be sometime in July, no mention of a June payment. Yoga have some serious problems with their software and a lot of very unhappy customers - look at the Trustpilot reviews! If you are going to be an ‘internet only’ company - the most important thing is that the software actually works!

Total useless in my opinion, never again, You renewed my policy even tho I cancelled it, Then it's impossible to communicate with yourselves, can only cancel my policy after the date it started, so you get a month's money 🤑 if you think your charging me a month's direct debit you can ram.it, Yoga is awful company never again 😡

My policy was automatically renewed and i did not ask for it as the quote was too high. No telephone number to ring and no assistance in live chat or portal to explain I didn’t want automatic renewal and want a refund of ALL monies as cancelled policy on same day as it was renewed. No assistance to customers in this respect. I had better get all monies back immediately!

Tried to cancel with yoga on 6/06/24 failed cancelled with ahead expect 14 day refund as cancelled with ageas insurance in 14 day cooling off period cancelled direct debit as could not contact yoga no refund given

I decided not to renew and without my consent you withdrew £1800 from my card. I find your website virtually impossible to navigate and nowhere is there a telephone number to contact you. You are a disgusting outfit.

I pressed the button to cancel my renewal but have received a notification that my insurance has been renewed anyway. Not able to speak to a human. Can you confirm my insurance has not been renewed. Thanks

We renewed and paid by credit card. The payment was accepted and we received the new policy documents by email. We then subsequently received an email advising us that the policy would not "auto-renew":as the card you had on file for us has expired (this is true - we have a different one, which is the one we used to pay for our policy). We now have problems accessing our portal. A totally automated site/process has it's drawbacks. It is maddening not to be able to call and speak to somebody to sort out this simple problem. Poor customer service, I'm afraid.

Tried to cancel renewal policy before I was out of the country. Unable to when I spoke with call handler due to renewal quote not available. Automatically renewed policy and then cancelled policy due to cheaper quotes with other providers and charged administration fee. Not great when you are out of the country and trying to enjoy vacation and in different time zones.

No customer service, no one to speak to or contact,tried for weeks to stop auto renewal even with it switched off and still got charged for cancelling as got better and cheaper insurance elsewhere. Would dread to have put in a claim if l had an accident! No contact numbers of email addresses for point of contact, just a waste of time chat bot.
