“Was really frustrating not being able to speak to a human on the phone. I have been with Yoga for 4 years have changed vehicles and the same policy was coming out £20 more. When I signed up as a new customer it was cheaper. This doesn’t make sense customer loyalty. I used the chat live but was really unhelpful.”

“Easy website to navigate and good prices. Only negative is I had to cancel the policy after 1 day as the car deal fell through. I was seriously unhappy at the fee charged when I did this. As all business is done online I don’t see why a fee is charged especially after 1 day.”
“Very easy website to follow and competitive price for my car. Only downside is I had to cancel my policy less than 24 hours after taking it out and was still charged a £49.99 brokers fee. I think unfair as all work was done online and not by phone.”
