Excellent service from start to finish! I spoke with Harry initialy about a little problem that arose with our chair. Jordan arrived the following morning and rectified the problem, AND he the checked the entire chair to check that everything else was working satisfactorily - which it was! Thank you all who willingly supplied such prompt and effective service.

Everything about my recent experience with my wife's chair has been excellent. I received prompt and proficient service from Harry, (the Manager I had dealt with when I purchased the chair 6 months ago, through to the technician who arrived the following morning, at the stated time, to remedy the problem which had occurred. I think the Technician may have bene called Jonathan, (I was not at home when the visit took place). Whoever the Technician was, he not only remedied the specific problem but apparently checked over the entire chair mechanism. Please pass on my personal thanks to all those involved. I was very grateful that the interruption to my wife's care as kept to an absolute minimum.

Vivid care have been so professional and caring from the start of my enquiries to purchase a new bed. The female person I spoke to, I do have her name, was so kind and understanding. I explained my situation and followed her advice and recommendations. I ordered the appropriate bed and having placed the order Vivid care continued to keep in touch. Delivery was made not only on the date but the time was spot on. The technicians assembled the bed and checked it was working correctly. Without doubt a very professional company that I would fully recommend. Thank you Vivid.

Vivid care have been excellent. Maxine was so understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. Customer service is excellent. The Vivid chair is top quality throughout. An engineer came and set up the chair specifically for Mum, he was empathetic with Mum as she was very anxious. After a few weeks Mum was not sure about the chair, so Maxine sent out an assessor Harry, even though Mum was in bed , he adjusted the chair, showed the staff how to adjust it too. Mum now loves the chair. It means she can stay in it without any concerns about pressure sores, and it is easy to push about the care home, in and out of the lifts and can go outside. I would highly recommend Vivid care.

The LENTO chair is very comfortable and the staff I dealt with very helpful. However I have some concerns over the amount and cost of follow up repairs / servicing.

My brother absolutely loves his new rise/recliner chair. The customer service, empathy and understanding of peoples needs are outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend at all.

On my initial contact with Vivid I found them so helpful. I explained my son’s situation and his disability and found Vivid were so understanding. The bed which we agreed on was identified by Vivid to be the one required to suit my son’s needs. A date was selected for delivery and installation. I had two telephone calls prior to that day to let me know everything was arranged with the installation crew. Delivery and installation was as arranged and the technician fully explained the operating procedures. The price of the bed was a very fair price and I am pleased to say that bed is everything my son needs. A very professional, caring and understanding company. They deserve a 5 star rating.

Hello Brian, I've looked into this and it appears that a 2 point belt that was originally supplied free of charge from us broke on the plastic clip. You ordered a new one from us but then decided to cancel this order and buy a belt from elsewhere, hence we refunded all monies. These plastic clips are on all 2 point belts from all suppliers and are used on many different products both inside and outside of the healthcare industry (eg. on lifejackets). Unfortunately if there is substantial and sustained pressure on these clips then occasionally they can break. We have looked into alternative materials but the plastic is used to allow the clip to flex in and out of the buckle, so it's difficult to come up with a different option. We ordered a replacement cushion and leg rest motor for Connor's lento care chair which is about three years old now, it was quick an easy to get a price and delivery was quick. The man that delat with my order was polite and helpful.

Arranged our Raizer Liftup annual service easily, via email, with the Vivid Care After Sales Team. Engineer was arranged to come the following week, when he carried out the service and very helpfully provided a demo whilst he was with us.

I always get seen to straight away when I ring up(I'm Oswald's sister who sorts the chair ,) the whole company right from the rep Harry through secretaries and engerneers are always helpful and pleasant and totally understand what I's going on if patient having bit of a time and have to wait .

My husband was confined to bed and needed support sitting, it was suggested I asked Vivid Care for an assessment, this was quickly arranged and thorough and caring. I found your staff efficient and helpful at all times and the Lento Neuro chair has been beneficial to my husband, he is now able to spend a increasing amount of time out of bed and to sit comfortably. Thank you!

He came out and serviced and repaired 2 of the Razier for us also whilst here he had a look at a chair that I recently got new arms for we both noticed that the replacement arms wouldn't fit so he took photos and went back to his work place to report what he found.

The Vivid Care engineer came to set up mum’s chair and provided care home staff with a demonstration. We’ve also had a successful video call to assist with a repair. On both occasions, everyone got the support they needed and found the engineer extremely helpful. Thank you for this great service!
