Expecting a long, drawn-out process, with a lot of tiresome questions, I cannot speak more highly of how my claim has been organised and dealt with, with the minimum of fuss. At its conclusion, and the award confirmed, reasons and explanations were given outlining the reasons, why's, and wherefore's, for the amount offered. I could not disagree, and every point was understood. From beginning to end, Winston Solicitors have been open and clear about everything, and though the award is hardly life changing at £3,750, it has made me content to feel that the grievous assault on me has awarded me some personal satisfaction after the Crown Court sentence gave me very little.
