I ordered flooring from this company a year ago, and have been happy with the style and quality. I unfortunately had an underfloor leak, meaning I needed to replace the flooring in my kitchen. I needed a very fast delivery, called the office and was assisted by Aaron who I must say was great. He helped me arrange to have the flooring the next morning so that our carpenters could get on with the job. Aaron made a number of calls to ensure the delivery could be at my requested time and followed up in a timely fashion. I have encountered countless issues with other companies I have dealt with during my house renovation, and the customer service here has by far been the best which makes all the difference as it can be extremely stressful.
