Got an email stating a sale for $14.99 for 16x20 -- once you upload photo it switches to $20. Bait and switch. Tried customer chat -- no one there to answer any questions or help you out. Stated 3 days to reply----when the "sale" ends in 16 hours. Horrible customer service and the bait
