Very disappointed with the service. Maybe focused on larger customers. An error made at our end led to us swapping meters. Refund refused for ridiculous reasons and eventually offered to take return as “an act of good will” ( ie wrapping it was sent in was damaged ) but wanted 90% restocking fee. Insulting to the point I was wondering if they were pulling my leg or perhaps that was to comply with consumer laws ! Order took three months from beginning to end and was not resolved satisfactorily. Not great guys and I’m sure you could have easily resolved it.
