I was very happy with the work Sid performed on my computer, but was disappointed to see that a promised an immediate refund of an original fee did not happen when I went to a one-year plan. Don't know how to answer subsequent questions in that I don't know how hard it's going to be to get this refund nor how soon it will happen, if it does.
