I find it easy to hold as it’s got a rubber grip that is very nice to hold in your hand. The battery life is also great too, I go to the gym a lot and so does my parter and we share it before and after the gym, it’s great for recovery of the muscles and for warming them up by promoting blood flow, it’s great for pain relief, the aches I get the next day after the gym are no way as bad as they was from training. I would definitely recommend this and give it a go it’s very well priced and very easy to use, very user friendly.
