I've seen these around for a while and thought they were a gimmick. Instead, I would sink money into sports physios to help with training. Whilst I still gain immense benefit from my physio, I must admit paying a lot for sports massage was getting a bit tiring on the wallet... I found some massage guns that cost several hundred pounds and, whilst I can't justify those, I decide to take a punt on this (being a sort of middle-of-the-road option), and I'm very glad I did! I will continue to see my physio but for the day-to-day muscle tightness and helping ease doms, this is amazing.
