I purchased a bespoke dress on the 19th of July. There has been no sign of the dress. The tracking link they sent me does not work. They phone number I ring has a recorded message saying "The phone lines are not operational today" - I have tried every day. I have emailed them 6 times, left 2 messages on Instagram and 2 messages on Facebook... still nothing. Extremely disappointing. Missed 2 events that the dress was purchased for. Very very bad.
