I got a cadenza bike from them, the quality of the bike is very low, it looks good in the pictures but when it arrives, its poop. Moreover, the speed sensor mounted on the bike didn't work, So I contacted customer service and they told me to dismount the bike and ship it back such that they could check it and repair.
It takes 2h to mount the bike and its 35kg. I live on the 5th floor... I told them to keep the bike
