I purchased the windows 10 product license key however the description did not specify it to be only for company or organization purchase and not home use purchase. Now I am unable to activate my windows 10 on my new laptop and will be forced to buy a new product license key from elsewhere. It was a waste of money and time doing this purchase. Microsoft was unable to help and told me to seek your assistance. I sent a message but it has not been replied how to rectify this matter. I give up hope on you ...no point anymore...I lose
