We sent a parcel of 12kg via Parcelforce through Parcelhero, it advised us to take our parcel to our village post office, which we did only to be told by our village post office that parcels over 10Kg have to be taken to our main town post office. If I had known this at the start we would have paid and arranged for collection from our house. We also purchased the 48 hour service but was told when we dropped the parcel of at the main post office it will be at least 4-5 days before our parcel will be delivered, unfortunately we was not informed of any of this when we purchased and paid.
