It was easy enough to arrange the courier service and the prices were very competitive however I haven't had the best after sales experience. I was told the parcel would be delivered to the recipient yesterday and the tracking on the parcel hero website even had the parcel as 'delivered' but the recipient was contacting me saying it hadn't arrived. He thought I was trying to scam him and was panicking as it was an expensive item being sent. Very difficult to get hold of parcel hero as there's no online chat or phone number like most services have, only an online for. Anyway after doing some digging I found out that the tracking number for parcelhero alsk worked in the parcel force website (as that was the courier being used) and its there I found the true whereabouts of my parcel saying it was still in the Hub and due for delivery today. Not a great experience and can only hope that the customer does receive it today
