Used the service to arrange a collection and delivery back to Me using Parcelforce. Found website easy to navigate although probably too much detail requested. However the information after that then gets vague. I ended up going to Parcelforce own website to track myself as parcelhero said delivered when it was at the parcelforce central hub. Apart from this all seemed OK and package duly arrived today as initially arranged. Probably wouldn't use again and fo direct to courier website and book.
