Shocking, courier (FedEx) doesn't pick up the parcel when requested/booked/confirmed, or the following day, the rebook process and refund time is a joke, so you have to cancel, and charged £6 (which was 90% of my original booking cost) for someone else failing... Will not be using you again, a failure to collect, is not your customers fault, you haven't provided a service via your network, penalise your courier, not us...
