My recent experience with ParcelHero has left me frustrated and disappointed. Despite providing exact dimensions and weight for my shipment, I was slapped with an unexpected £159 surcharge on top of the initial £64 charge. To challenge this, ParcelHero demanded photos of the package with a tape measure - an impractical and unreasonable request. When I asked the same thing, for evidence from the courier, showing the measurements they used, ParcelHero claimed they couldn't provide it. :| This lack of transparency and the excessive surcharge have left me questioning the fairness of ParcelHero - even as a third party. !!Beware of hidden fees and think twice before choosing ParcelHero.!!
