I scheduled a pick up. Waited all day for them to pick up, no one arrived. I was not contacted in any form. When I contact customer support I was told to amend the pick up. In order to amend your booking you are charged £9 to choose another date. So they accept my money, don’t pick up and then charge me to rebook. Extremely frustrating
