It was my first time with ParcelHero; I chose to try them as I have been shocked at the price of sending a card via the Post Office. It was a medium-sized parcel that worked out at a reasonable price. I got a bit confused as the label had Eri on it, so when I took it to my local Tescos, I was upset to see the Evri stand had gone. I did not realize the lockers outside were the ones to use. I dropped my parcel at a different shop some miles away, but the tracking system acknowledged this, and the parcel arrived safely at my sister's. She was delighted with my parcel.
