Large 14 kilo parcel was collected on the expected day around 12.30 by a very pleasant, helpful courier.The following day I received an email from ParcelHero that the item had been delivered to the recipient's address that day at 9.00 am
The recipient later contacted me to say that it had arrived safely and intact.
