Do not use for international parcels. I shipped an item for repair, with all the documentation given. It waited in Customs for 20 days and then was shipped back to me at my own expense. The return charges were drawn from my account with no warning. Support claims they contacted the recipient by email but could provide no proof. My recipients telephone number and email were given as well as my own but at no stage during the parcels wait in customs did we hear anything. Support have been extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend using them for any internal packages.
