I sent three boxes via UPS and all the boxes were weighed as per the quotation, a week after they were picked up ParcelHero then put through as additional £14 charge, I have spent weeks trying to get an explanation and even though I provided photo evidence showing the measurements and weight of each box, they responded to say that they photos had to be more detailed to be used as evidence. This company is a scam and just trying to take additional payments!!!
