Worst courier experience I've ever had in years of sending parcels ! Do not use this company they are absolute frauds who will decide dip your bank account whenever they want and say that its a surcharge which is nonsense as I know the dimensions of the things I'm sending do not give these frauds your bank account details otherwise they think they can help themselves to your money
