FedEx fail to turn up twice and pay a penalty for cancelling,! I arranged for FedEx to collect some documents that were time sensitive, to be delivered to the UK from France. They failed to collect them, I contacted customer services, who were incredibly unhelpful and then arranged for them to come on the next available date. After speaking to 3 customer service operatives I was finally informed that the booking didn't go through despite the money going from my account. FedEx failed to turn up for the second time, I cancelled the delivery and have been charged for doing so! FedEx fail to turn up twice and somehow I'm the one who pays a penalty
