It took them 3 months to decide whether they will at all do my conservatory or not and decided not and another 3 to give me my money back. Disgraceful. It took them 5 mins to take it and numerous phone calls to chase to get it. Why do I need to chase my money? Were they hoping I will forget and they can keep it? Also they promise someone from customer service to call but they never do, the customer service manager left with no notice so it's an indication what kind of workplace it is as well.
During numerous calls no one actually even apologise for the delay.
If this is how they conduct their business I'm glad they are not doing my conservatory as it would be total shambles too.
