Zenith salespeople cold called my mother. It is very obvious she has Alzheimer’s but they signed her up to a credit agreement and took over £1000 from her account. We cancelled the contract within the cooling off period. She signed the contract 2 months ago and we are still chasing for a refund. They promise dares when it will be refunded and simply do not do it. BEWARE We will now pursue with Trading Standards and the Financial Conduct Authority
