I had some windows installed on 8th Jan 2018. After a few weeks I noticed an 8 - 10 mm scratch between one of the double glazed units. To cut a long story short it still hasn't been fixed 21 months later! I am a full time carer looking after my husband who has dementia and although I kept ringing Zenith I haven't got the time to keep chasing people. Just be warned that my experience of their after sales communications are rubbish.
