Hi, I ordered a cushion cover (personalised) - Order ref: 68046/010419/59 at end of March and I had an email saying it had been dispatched 5th April 19, but I have still not received it. I have sent 3 emails and left a voicemail with your company but still no response. I have just looked at TrustPilot and found that there are several other people experiencing the same problem. Please could you come back to me and resend my item as it is for a Birthday present, and you already have my money. Otherwise, please refund me in full. Many thanks.
