Item (engraved photo music box) is perfect and item arrived incredibly quickly with courier delivery (ordered after 9pm 28th and it arrived on the 30th), I also emailed to ask when the item would be ready as I was nervous about it arriving in time and I received a very fast and polite response advising when the item would be dispatched which reassured me.
