Found this company at first rather slow to respond by phone and e-mail to my request to find when item would be delivered, but when I did eventually make contact ,I found them to be very helpful. The item which was a personlised whiskey glass was of good quality and arrived in lovely box and in good condition,overall I found this company to be ver good .
