Absolutely loved my weekly sessions with Sam! In the first week I had already confronted and started to move forward from a issue in my life that I was struggling with. We set daily goals and weekly tasks to achieve and I noticed my mindset starting to change within the first few days. My favourite thing was learning about my belief system and what I stand for. That’s made me more understanding of my views and has given me an inner confidence to go with what I truly believe in and not let others effect my life choices. I’d highly recommend Sam as he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed in what can feel like a vulnerable situation.
