The customer service's advice and support has been amazing and allowed for good communication and a high level of customisation. This made the ring all the more special. Delivery was advised of and kept correctly and the item was discretely and well packaged. The ring itself is beautifully made, materials appear to be of good quality and the jeweler I took it to have it checked has given it a thumbs up. Only thing I would advise is that in reality the stones do look smaller than in the picture. I saw that in other reviews as well, but didn't take it too seriously, I see now that was true. Nonetheless, a beautiful jewellery. All in all it was a great experience and am very grateful for your service.
