My experience was wonderful with Angel Jackets. The jacket I ordered was shipped and received more quickly than I had anticipated. The product was wrapped very carefully and shipped in a protective package. Unfortunately, it was a little snug on my man even though it was his usual size. I was worried about the return process but the customer service team made it super easy! I followed their instructions, printed the label and took it to the post office to ship back. Once I sent them the shipping confirmation they shipped the larger jacket the next day. That way we didn't have to wait so long for the new jacket to arrive. It came quickly and was a perfect fit! The quality is amazing and I couldn't be happier with the jacket!! Thank you to all the service reps for your communication and quick responses.
