I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter at £136. When I rang up to enquire about the boots not being delivered the man who I spoke to was very rude and condescending and very unhelpful and kept saying they will be here in a few days. Each time I rang the man I spoke to really could not be bothered about giving good customer service and just wanted to get rid of me off the phone. I eventually asked for a refund which I still haven't had. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with!!!
