Terrible customer service, i didn't receive an email to confirm my order was placed or even accepted. After 7 days on no receipt i opened a case on paypal to ask where it was then i got an abusive call from the md which was not appreciated, if your website system doesnt work and you have no communication with the customer then dont be surprised if people open a case..
