The Avaris Odysey is my second eMTB and a big step up from my first which is now my spare. The delivery arrangements were unclear but luckily the bike was taken in by my neighbour! All of the features are exactly as advertised with the added bonus of quick release wheels which had not been mentioned and are usually only specified on much more expensive models. The battery range is every bit as massive as claimed, which is another huge benefit. Initially I had problems selecting several of the gears, but after a few online chats with the legend who is Chris in technical support I was guided in how to index the gears and now they are super rapid and smooth as butter. Even though it is a big bike the balance is perfect, handling responsive and ride comfort amazing. In conclusion, the Avaris Odysey is a fantastic machine and outstanding value.
