When the plumber finally showed, he was unable to do anything as he wasn’t qualified or experienced enough to tackle the job. Office hadn’t told him about the nature of the call and issues with an air source heat pump. However, the engineer informed me that he had been called out to another premises at our development and he was also faced with the same problem of an air source heat pump. So a wasted call out and my issues unable to be resolved.
