I arranged my annual boiler service with Avon Ruby at an agreed price and at a date that suited me. The customer service staff were all polite, helpful and efficient. Maurice who came to do the job rang me 20 minutes before arrival as i had been told he would. He did an excellent job on the boiler. On another occasion my boiler stopped working and Gary and Oliver came on the day I phoned and fixed the problem.
