Ordered my products last week Sunday (Aug 28th) and selected "free no rush delivery" thinking it'll take 5/7 working days to receive but its been 7 working days now and my products have still not been dispatched. Spoke to someone from customer services and they couldn't care less advising I should of paid for 2-4 day delivery service if I can't wait. The delivery time for "free no rush delivery" should be listed on the website, same as the other delivery options, to inform the customer what they are getting into before making a decision as I would of glady paid £5 if i knew the delivery and service was going to be this poor. Would not recommend, feeling like I've been robbed!
