Absolutely appalling customer services. I bought kinderkraft aveo put it all together as per instructions. Took little boy who may I add is only just over a year old out on it and he ended up in the road due to the handle bars still giving him control when I thought that's what the parental control was for. Spent the night in a&e with my son and will be seeking legal advice. Company has this item back and still Awaiting full refund from this company for this DANGEROUS item. Customer services are appalling and not at all helpful. Will be taking this a lot further and getting in touch with bank for chargeback seems I do not have the item and these have not refunded.
