I purchased a Man's Jacket but it too small. I spoke to customer service at Marks and Spencer who sent me a pre-paid label. Within two day's l received another jacket correct size. Very prompt service, wonderful 100% satisfaction. Great company, my experience was dealt with promptly. Wonderful Company
