My wife along with two young children had to collect a large box from the Post Office because the courier, DPD, was too lazy to deliver to us as per our order. Despite being in the house a card was pushed through the door with the ultimatum that if the item wasn’t collected by a certain date it would be returned to the sender.
I suggest to any potential buyer of products from Bass Bags do not order from them if they use DPD. I emailed the seller twice but received no reply from them…..make of that what you will. A very poor service!
