My order states delivery within five working days - no chance!
After nine working days I finally received an email that Bass Bags had booked a courier, but that the courier had not collected it yet. For a ~£400 item this is not the quality of service or communication one would expect.
Yes, things go wrong but keep your customers informed! This item is a present for my wife but I still have no information as to when it will arrive. Greatly disappointed.
