The company and catalogue are great, easy to deal with accurate and fast. HOWEVER the website which always was a duplicate of the great catalogue, is now USELESS and UNUSABLE.
I have dealt with BES for very many years as an account holder and have given up with the website. I have complained many times but to no avail.
Disapointed.
