Customer service from start to finish was exceptional both in the UK & at Lixouri Bay Beach Club. The beach & hotel teams were amazing and were, like all Kefalonians, super friendly. We had a truly fantastic, fun holiday; met great, like minded people & are already planning our return trip with new friends!! Our 10 year old said it was better than a Disney holiday so what’s not to like? There is something for everyone plus some and the Beach Bites night is not to be missed…
