I have done many blitz fitness Kefalonia holidays and they have all been outstanding.
The Beach clubs are excellent - well equipped and well organised - a great place to learn to sail ( all watersports) or improve your skills. You feel encouraged to try everything and recieve friendly teaching
The hotels are family run places - where the staff want you to have the best time and really care about you.
